In this workshop we will (re)explore tools and methods of “Instant Composition”, deepen our own movement language, develop group and solo compositions in real time.

We will take the time to explore, play, invent and share our moving imagination. The focus will be on physicality, movement, awareness, active listening and spontaneous decision-making.
